The seminar “Training the eye – Recognising training which is appropriate to the requirements of the horse” with Anja Beran and veterinarian Elisabeth Albescu at the Bavarian Principal and State Stud of Schwaiganger was very well received. More than 600 spectators were given a rare insight into sequences of movement and gait analysis on the basis of complex animations which were produced based in authentic motion studies. The sequences were recorded at international competitions. In the practical part, Anja Beran and stud director Dr. Senckenberg gave a first presentation of the results of their meanwhile two-year collaboration: At the Gut Rosenhof training centre, Beran’s team trains several remontes from Schwaiganger according to classical principles.
